Waiver - Conditions of Sauna Use

•  I understand that the use of the sauna involves risks (including but not limited to burns, slips and injuries as a result of low lighting) and I hereby assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages or losses that may occur to me while using the facilities.

• I understand that the use of the sauna may result in dehydration, heat exhaustion, or other related risks. I acknowledge that I have been advised to stay hydrated and recognise my own limits when in hot and cold extremes.

• I am in good physical and mental health to put my body under stress of hot and/or cold extremes.

• I will not be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs while using El Sauna facilities.

• I am not aware of any physical or psychological conditions which would place me at additional risk to participate. These include (but are not limited to) pregnancy, hypertension (high blood pressure), vertigo, diabetes, respiratory conditions and heart conditions.

• If relevant any pre-existing health conditions and/or medications should be consulted with a medical professional before participating in El Sauna facilities. 

• El Sauna reserves the right to remove individuals and/or groups who are not following the specified guidelines.

• I understand that swimming in the nearby beach or water is not part of El Sauna offerings and is completely at my own risk.

YOUR CONSENT

By booking and paying, you indicate that you agree to our waiver and that you agree to abide by it. You are required to acknowledge and agree with our waiver before entering the sauna.

If you do not agree to our waiver, please refrain from booking, paying, and using our sauna.
